HDKKT (Croatian Association of Theatre Critics and Theatre Scholars) is a professional Association established in 1976. HDKKT is a member of International Association of Theatre Critics. It has about 50 active members and 15 retired members.
From 1979 to 1992 Theatrology Library published thirty-three books and from 1992 to 1997 Actor's Booklet Prolog published eleven books in cooperation with AGM.
Since 2012 The Demeter's Award for Lifetime Achievement is awarded. First award was given to Branko Hećimović 2012, second Igor Mrduljaš in 2013, third Boris Senker in 2014 and fourth Boris B. Hrovat in 2015. 

THEATROLOGY LIBRARY

Shortly after foundation, HDKKT launched Theatrology Library with goal to create publishing space for its' members which will lead to development of Croatian theatrology and criticism. Editor in chief was Nikola Batušić (except in case when he published his own book Skrovito kazalište at that time Boris Senker functioned as editor in chief) and presidents of association functioned as publishers (except in case when Library published president's book, secretary general signed “for publisher“). Library functioned independently from 1979 to 1991 and published thirty-tree titles.

ACTOR'S BOOKLET PROLOG

In year 1994 Theatrology Library merged with Library Prolog, former CKD which was inherited by AGM (Zagreb). The new library name was Actor′s Booklet Prolog with editorial board: Nikola Batušić, Branko Hećimović and Igor Mrduljaš and from 1997 Igor Mrduljaš i Branko Hećimović. Editor in chief was Bože Čović who also functioned as publisher. Shortly after AGM took over all publishing activities and published books with other co-publishers, editorial boards or without editorial boards. After 1997 HDKKT was no longer listed as co-publisher of the Library which marked the end of HDKKT's publishing activities.
