He is an assistant professor and doctor of humanities in the scientific field of art science, scientific branch of theatrology and dramatology. He teaches various courses related to the history of drama and theater at the Academy of Arts and Culture, Josip Juraj Strossmayer University in Osijek. Since 2009, he has participated in numerous international and Croatian scientific conferences and published over twenty papers. He also works as a theater critic in various international and Croatian magazines and websites such as Kazali\u0161te.hr, Hrvatsko glumi\u0161te, Vijenac, Republika, within which he has published over a hundred articles. He was the editor of various theatrical publications and the editor-in-chief of the journal for science, art and culture Artos.
