The lecture will present the multi-year international project Reclaimed Avant-Guard, which was launched in 2017 as part of the Warsaw
Zbigniew Raszewski Theater Institute. Gathering theatrologists from Central and Eastern Europe around a series of focused researches is his goal
to re-examine the theatrical historical avant-garde in the mentioned area – its visions, effects as well as the usefulness of its heritage for
contemporary artists.
